This is an interactive PDF and we STRONGLY recommend using Adobe Reader to view it and interact with the links. A web browser does not know how to handle the complexity of the page jumps. The hyperlinks to external locations will work, but not the Contents. The only way you will see the full interactivity is if it’s set to download to your computer where you will open it in Adobe Reader/Acrobat. Some systems have these programs set as default readers but those who have it set as ‘Preview’ or similar programs may not see the interactivity.
On the Contents Page the buttons will change colour so you can click them to jump to the article. At the bottom of each page you can return to the Table of Contents by clicking that button. There are other buttons throughout the document that are also clickable. These take you to the website or more in depth articles.
