The Australian Centre for Christianity and Culture is pleased to introduce its new Centre Ambassadors.
The ten new ambassadors are highly respected public figures in Australia who believe in the vision of the Centre and the importance of its work.
The ambassadors are The Right Reverend Dr George Browning, Professor Frank Brennan SJ AO, The Most Reverend Peter Carnley, Emeritus Professor Ross Chambers AM, Reverend Dr Tim Costello, The Most Reverend Dr Phillip Freier, The Reverend Professor Emeritus James Haire AC, The Honourable Dr Margaret Reid AO, Dr Helen Szoke and Dr Baden Teague.

Executive Director of the ACC&C Professor Stephen Pickard said the appointment of the Ambassadors represents a reinvigoration of the profile of the Centre. The Ambassadors will play an important role in the support, promotion and advocacy of the Centre at the national level.
The Ambassadors met with the Board of the Australian Centre for Christianity and Culture in August this year before attending the Religious Short Film Prize Night.
The Ambassadors will be led by convener by Rt Rev’d Dr George Browning. His Excellency General the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK Mc (Ret’d), the Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia remains the Patron of the ACC&C.
