CAPS - Let's talk about: Assessing and meeting the spiritual needs of older people

Announcing new events from the Centre for Ageing and Pastoral Studies (CAPS). Education Sessions consisting of webinars, workshops, seminar/soirees will be presented from March until November, 2023.

The first of these educational events will comprise a webinar on Wednesday 15th March, from 3-5pm. This event will be a free webinar on the topic Let’s talk about: Assessing and meeting the spiritual needs of older people.

Two speakers will present over two hours, with opportunities for discussion and interaction on this important clinical topic.

Associate Director CAPS – Professor Ann Harrington – What is meant by spiritual assessment and what models are available?
Director of CAPS – Professor Elizabeth MacKinlay – Assessment of the Spiritual Needs of Older adults. Based on ‘The spiritual tasks & process of ageing’- Levels 1 & 2.
