Get ready for the ultimate celebration of queer cinema at the "Queer Screen Short Film Festival - Best of the Fest"
Charles Sturt University is proud to support the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex, and queer community (LGBTIQA+) by returning as a regional partner for the Queer Screen Film Festival – Best of the Fest. This regional roadshow will feature seven of the best and freshest queer films from this year’s festival curated by Festival Director Lisa Rose

Festival tickets are $12 each, with $10 of every ticket sale going towards the Charles Sturt University Ally Network to fund LGBTIQA+ initiatives.

How Not to Date While Trans | A dark, fourth wall-breaking comedy about a Black trans woman’s search for romance, and the problematic men she meets along the way. |
Why Not Both | A man’s strict dating criteria backfires on him when he finds himself dating a man and a woman who seem remarkably similar to each other. |
Mab Hudel Images | A fantastic rugby player and hapless farmer leads his local rugby team to the final where he must face off against the love of his life. |
The Syed Family Xmas Eve Game Night Images | All cards are on the table when a Pakistani Muslim woman brings her Puerto Rican partner home for the first time for family game night. |
Warsha | Mohammad is a crane operator working in Beirut. He volunteers to take on one of the most dangerous cranes to live out his secret passion. |
