Scope

This project involves the removal of an existing demountable administration building and construction of a new multi-purpose centre on Charles Sturt University's (CSU) Blackall Street Campus, Canberra. The new space will provide additional room for meetings, seminars and will be used for teaching requirements. Once complete the multifunction centre will be utilised by CSU, Australian Centre for Christianity and Culture and St Marks staff as well as community groups, when required.

Design Features

The new multifunction centre will include a meeting room to accommodate large groups. The space will be supported by a breakout area/kitchenette, a furniture store room and staff amenities.

Sustainability Features

Installation of energy efficient lighting.
