Submit images or videos

Have you captured any images or videos of a class, club or event and have the appropriate permissions? We'd love to feature your photos and videos in our publications and social channels.

So, what do we need to make this happen?

We'll need permission from the photographer or videographer to use their materials (whether that is a class member or a professional).
We'll need a signed image release for anyone seen in your images. Although this sounds very formal, it's a quick process that ensures everyone is happy to be included. You'll just need to grab a form and a pen and then scan or snap a photo of it filled out. You can access the image release instructions and form on our resources and release forms page.
Lastly, take your photos and videos in high resolution if possible! We'd love a few photos in portrait and landscape orientation if you have them.

Release forms

7. Image release form * We'll need permission from everyone included in the images or videos. We've got a group image release form that you can print and fill out.

8. Permission from the photographer * We'll need a Third-party release form signed by the photographer or videographer. This gives us permission to use the imagery.
