Submit images or videos

Are you a member of a social group or club? We'd love to feature your photos and videos in our publications and social channels. We know social events are a massive part of uni life, and we want to let future students know what activities await them on campus.

You'll get the opportunity to advertise your club and gain new members! Where space allows, we'll include your club's name to ensure students know how to find you.

So, what do we need to make this happen?

We'll need permission from the photographer or videographer to use their materials (whether that is your friend or a professional).
We'll need a signed image release for anyone seen in your images. Although this sounds very formal, it's a quick process that ensures everyone is happy to be included. You'll just need to grab a form and a pen and then scan or snap a photo of it filled out. You can access the image release instructions and form on our resources and release forms page.
Lastly, take your photos and videos in high resolution if possible! We'd love a few photos in portrait and landscape orientation if you have them.
