On 18 June, the ACC&C was delighted to host Indigenous theologian, Prof Anne Pattel-Gray, in Canberra. Anne gave a seminar on Indigenous theology as part of a lunchtime lecture series sponsored by the Centre for Religion, Ethics and Society (CRES).
In the evening, Anne presented a public lecture as part of the Christians for an Ethical Society (CES) forum on “The Voice: Where to from here?” The ACC&C works closely with CES, which hosts a quarterly forum on topics related to Christianity, society and ethics. This year, the CES has hosted forums on the ethics of modern warfare by Dr Ross Babbage and the AI revolution by Interim Executive Director of the ACC&C, Dr Jonathan Cole.
