Children's centres
Our children's centres aim to provide a homely, loving, stimulating and safe environment for permanent long day care for children 0-six years within the university and wider community.

2MCE Regional Community Radio - Bathurst and Orange
2MCE is a major teaching and practical resource for students studying broadcasting, journalism and communications at Charles Sturt University.
The majority of 2MCE's broadcast is presented by our much valued volunteer station workers. As partners of Charles Sturt, they present a diverse range of programs to Bathurst, Orange and the Central West of NSW on 92.3 and 94.7 FM, and via 2mce.org. These programs focus on the interest, needs and activities of the Central West community.
National Radio News (NRN) bulletins are produced from a newsroom on our Bathurst campus. These bulletins are:
- overseen by a News Director
- prepared and delivered by journalists, student journalists and cadets drawn from our Bachelor of Communication (Journalism)
- broadcast to over 2 million listeners a week across Australia via the Community Radio Network.
Bathurst Early Childhood Intervention Service
BECIS provides education and therapy services for children from birth to eight who have a diagnosed disability or a delay in more than one of the following areas of development; physical, thinking and learning, communication, play, sensory, social and emotional.
