Project
Community Connections is a community initiative assisting older and vulnerable community members by identifying, exploring and addressing community needs with the Blue Mountains, NSW.
The aims of the initiative are too address the local requirements for supporting residents ageing in place, people living with dementia, disability and or chronic debilitating illness, people living with chronic mental health issues and as an extension, to prepare for disaster situations in the Blue Mountains Local Government Area (LGA) and eventually to develop an approach that can be adopted by other LGAs.
